My name is Mariah Bradley. I am from Bowdon, Georgia. I graduated Ranburne High School in 2014. I attended West Georgia Technical College and received my Associate’s Degree in Business Administration. I have worked for McMahan Perry & Phillips, LLC, for a little over a year. Prior to coming here, I worked for The Bridge Learning Center as the assistant teacher in the infant room. I have 2 dogs and a cat. I like to be outdoors hunting and fishing on my spare time. I am a member of Sandy Flat Baptist Church in Bowdon, Georgia.
I’m a local graduate of both Carrollton High School and the University of West Georgia. Throughout my childhood volunteering and part-time college jobs, I’ve been involved in child welfare and human services my whole life, one way or another. I was trained at the Justice Center of Atlanta in the summer of 2017 for both general and divorce mediations. While I lived in Texas at Fort Bliss, I mediated privately between couples, neighbors, and soldiers with non-legal disputes. Now that I’m back home in Georgia, it’s interesting to watch the differences in the legal processes between states.
My husband, David, and I both grew up here in Carrollton. He is now in the National Guard, and we have two daughters, Kennli (6) and Kyler (2). We love being home, but we’re also extreme “people” people. We love road trips to visit friends and family all over the country any chance we get, but especially when we can be with our circle of people in the North Georgia Mountains or in Florida on the Gulf. While we’re home, we enjoy drop-in visits with friends and family, eating out in Carrollton, and having folks over to our farm for cookouts, target shooting, and bonfires.
Hello, my name is Ashley DeGrave. I was born and raised in Georgia, and grew up just outside of Athens, in a small town called Watkinsville. I am a graduate of Oconee County High School. Soon after graduating high school I moved to Houston, Texas to attend the University of Houston. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor is Sociology. After graduating I took a job in the oil and gas industry and remained there until May of 2008 when I relocated back to Georgia. I then took a job with the American Red Cross as a Recruiter.
I moved in Carroll County a little over four years ago, when I purchased my first home in Fairfield Plantation. Coincidently, it was Mr. McMahan who did the closing on my home. Then just a few short years later I was able to join his team as a Closing Coordinator. I have been a part of this wonderful team for just over a year and it has been such a wonderful experience.
When not at work, I spend time with my 5-year-old son, Grayson, who just started Kindergarten at Sand Hill Elementary. We keep a busy schedule between Tae Kwon Do and Swim Lessons. When we are not involved in extracurricular activities we like to spend time out on the lake, going to Braves games or watching movies. We attend Midway Church, in Villa Rica and love it there. We are thankful to be part of such a wonderful community.

I am a resident of Villa Rica, Georgia. I graduated Villa Rica High School and attended the University of West Georgia from 1988 to 1991. I have worked in the Real Estate industry for the past 17 years. I began my Real Estate career as a real estate agent and worked my way into mortgage as a loan originator and loan processer. In 2006 I began working as a Pre-Closing Secretary and moved into a Closing Coordinator’s position. I enjoy working with others and I believe team work is the key to a successful closing.
